Security at DuoBrief
Effective and last updated: October 27, 2026
Our approach
DuoBrief is designed around local-first meeting capture, least-necessary data collection, user-scoped cloud records when sync is enabled, verified purchase status, and explicit confirmation for destructive account actions.
Your responsibilities
Keep your iPhone and Apple Account secure, use current operating-system updates, protect authenticator codes, review sharing destinations, and avoid placing secrets or regulated information in support tickets.
Report a vulnerability
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, open DuoBrief Support and select Technical issue. Clearly mark the request as a security report. Do not include real meeting content, credentials, authentication codes, payment information, or data belonging to another person.
We ask researchers to avoid privacy violations, service disruption, social engineering, destructive testing, and accessing more data than necessary to demonstrate an issue. This page does not create a bug-bounty program or promise payment.
