Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: October 27, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of DuoBrief, operated by BizSprints. By using DuoBrief, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Using DuoBrief
You may use DuoBrief for lawful meeting preparation, note taking, transcription, summaries, action items, reminders, and follow-up drafting. You are responsible for your content, account security, and compliance with laws and workplace policies that apply to recording, transcribing, sharing, or storing meetings. Obtain every consent required before recording or transcribing another person.
Generated summaries, action items, and drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review all outputs before relying on or sharing them. DuoBrief does not provide legal, medical, financial, or employment advice.
Free meeting, trial, and subscriptions
DuoBrief may offer one introductory meeting without a subscription. Eligible new subscribers may then receive a seven-day free trial through Apple. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is generally limited to one introductory offer per subscription group.
DuoBrief Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. The exact price, currency, duration, and any introductory offer appear in the purchase screen before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting a DuoBrief account or app does not cancel an Apple subscription. If a subscription expires, existing records remain available for reading, export, and deletion, while paid creation and generation features may be locked.
Accounts and acceptable use
Do not misuse DuoBrief, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the service to create harmful or deceptive material. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
Availability and ownership
DuoBrief and its software, branding, and original materials are owned by BizSprints or its licensors. You retain ownership of your meeting content. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use DuoBrief under these terms.
Features may vary by device, language, region, Apple Intelligence availability, and operating-system permissions. We work to keep DuoBrief reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoBrief is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. BizSprints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or losses caused by unreviewed generated output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, termination, and contact
You may stop using DuoBrief at any time and can delete your account in the app. We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the current version by the date above. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. General questions can be submitted through DuoBrief Support; formal legal correspondence can be sent to legal@duobrief.app.
