Plan a company rollout

Use our secure request form and choose a subject beginning with Business licensing. Include your company, expected number of seats, country, preferred annual or quarterly billing, target launch date, and a few times that work for a meeting.

Request a business meeting

Submitting an inquiry does not start billing or activate seats. We will confirm the agreement, organization administrator, and launch date before access is granted.

How access will work

  1. Your organization selects an annual or quarterly seat plan and names an administrator.
  2. The administrator assigns each purchased seat to a verified employee account.
  3. The employee signs in to DuoBrief with that account. The app checks the organization entitlement securely and unlocks Pro while the seat is active.
  4. Individual App Store subscriptions remain separate and continue to be managed through Apple.

Essential company administration

Organization owners and administrators will have a private web area to see their plan and renewal status, invite or remove employees, assign seats, manage administrator roles, adjust purchased seat quantity, open invoices and payment settings, and review recent access changes. Company administrators will manage licenses only; they will not be able to read employees' meetings, notes, or transcripts.

The company administrator sign-in is activated after the organization's agreement, billing, and initial owner account are verified.

What is not included yet

SSO, SCIM provisioning, organization-wide analytics, custom retention controls, and formal compliance commitments are not included in the current offer. If your organization needs one of these, describe it in the inquiry so we can assess it before making a commitment.
